Whenever a processing machine fails, the production of wet wipes stops; which may be very expensive and unrecoverable. The method to address these problems is to send our technical team to the site where the machine is located. This practice usually leads to a long interruption of production.

To solve the problem quicker we have introduced an online technical support. Our technical team could access to a remote control system of the machine. This allows us to identify the faulty part of the machine. Most problems are solely solved remotely.


The embedded software in the machine continuously monitors the performance of the machine and provides documentary evidence of the quality of the product. This data can be used in different ways, such as when your customers want to reassure the reliability and consistency, as the accuracy of distribution control lotion. The usual method of taking samples of the production and wait for their results is reduced.


We work closely with our customer to develop new and unique machinery according to their product. New developments and updates apply to our older version of the machine as per customer request.


Spare parts are crucial point for machinery therefore we guarantee our customer to deliver most of the spare parts within 3 days. We guarantee that the spare parts will available up to 10 years.


We train our customers operators until they fill confident to run the machines on their own. Training always available to the new operators too.
